So let's get back on track. Cruelty free refers to cosmetics or other commercial products that are manufactured or developed by methods that do not involve experimentation on animals. (sourced from Google or Oxford Languages to be specific) So we know Cruelty Free is all about brands not testing their products on animals.
But let's learn more about some of the ways that animals suffer because of experiments used to test make makeup or skin care products.Animals are locked up in cages with many other various animals, meaning they cannot move freely. They also do not receive much food, and if they have food they fight over it . They are pretty much the same as prisoners. Animals are also burned, shocked, poisoned, isolated, starved, drowned, addicted to drugs, or brain-damaged. Does makeup really need to be shoved down a poor bunny's ear? We need to stop this now and forever. Many people are unaware of this type of testing, and my goal is to educate so that everyone can make cruelty free choices.
